Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. I’ve been using Lasiter and Lasiter for several years. They don’t charge the initial service call fee for an evaluation like so many companies do. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. They evaluate the situation and we talk through it - they never talk down to me, and are always professional and polite. I won’t use anyone else.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

Well, just like always...the plumbing stops up on a Sunday. Nobody is open, and the ones that are won't tell you a price for snaking the pipes until the tech shows up! These guys came out 2 hours after I called. Solved the problem, charged me regular price, and gave me some tips to prevent future problems. I found them to be professional and responsive. Most of all they were honest. Give them a call.

Eddie is a great plumber he's honest and hardworking I would definitely recommend plumb reasonable.

We had a backup in our house, we found out later it was in the sewage main line from our house. We called KMP plumbing late Saturday hoping we would get a prompt response due to the Open 24 Hrs listed in the About section of their FB page and the Give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX 24 Hrs on their own website. We did just that and after not receiving any response overnight, messaged them on FB the next morning. Then we got a response that They will get back with us shortly which never ended up actually happening. Luckily we were able to clear this problem up ourselves, but if you are actually in need of prompt plumbing services, emergency or otherwise, I would advise using another company.
