They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

A big thanks to Craig for his extensive knowledge and experience in addressing all of our plumbing concerns last week. We needed replacing of the garbage disposal and exterior faucet, tankless water heater flush, and checking the a/c drip line. Craig also discover ed a leak in the kitchen faucet hose which I never would have found. He was very efficient and explained things that would be helpful in the future. He is a great asset to the company. We have used Lasiter for years when we lived in Grapevine. We have such great trust in their work that we continue to call them even though we moved further away to Flower Mound.

Had a leak near an outdoor spigot. Skyler was here within 20 minutes and got the water leak detected and a temporary repair while we decided where to run a new spigot. He came the next day completed the job with top of the line materials so that we don't have to worry about future issues. I would definitely use and recommend this company for any plumbing need. They're honest about pricing, upfront about the process and aren't pushy to force you into anything.

We have used this plumber a few times. They are always on time and do a great job. David will be honest and do what is best for the customer. They looked at our lines to the sewer to make sure we do not have tree roots impeding the lines. I highly recommend this plumber. They are the only company we will use.

Max fixed an awkward outdoor faucet for us. We called him back when our water heater sprang a leak. He approved our temporary fix and worked with us to save money on installing a replacement.

This company is a little to somewhat more expensive, but they have done quality work for us over the years, they know what they are doing, they come out when they say they will, and it's always in a short period of time.

Had my utility room moved into my garage. The original area was on the second floor. The guys plumbed the old utility to convert into a 3rd full bathroom .. they plumbed the garage to set our washer and dryer in that new area. We were very pleased with the results.

Con men, under the guise of professionals. My poor old, grandmother needed a new water heater, and these guys wanted to charge her upwards of $5,000. After searching around, we found quotes all over the $3,000 range and ended up settling on $2200.

$5000? What a joke.

Called and had an appointment within 24 hours. Gave me an 8-10AM window and Andrew was at my door at 8:15, and done with the job by 8:45. Will use again fooooo shoooooo

They called me an hour late after my appointment window to let me know the guy was running late. That's fine, I took off the day for them, I can wait longer... When they called again to say he was on the way, I was on the other line and missed the call. I called back right away and they informed me my appointment was cancelled and the next window was days later. My water heater is leaking, and I have no hot water for showers or washing anything, but that's fine, I will call the punctual plumber instead.
