I think Matt might have been your service man's name, but I couldn't ask for a better worker, patient serviceman who explained our system's needs and how he repaired/replaced some needed item on the unit, along with standart 6 month maintenance. Please send him again, as they are all good, but I was favorable impressed with his dedication to check, clean, repair, and explain everything included and offer us options to our future services from your company. We had a shower valve replaced and we are very please with the work and the price! We had other estimates done and black tie had the best priced quote! Also Mark who did our estimate and the work was very knowledgeable and you can tell he really takes pride in the work that he does!

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Scotty had never serviced our plumbing before - he did an outstanding job! He was prompt, courteous and efficient. We had a list including unclogging the kitchen sink, checking the slow drain in the shower and repairing two faucets that were leaking. He kept me informed every step of the way as to what he had completed and what he would work on next. He wore his facemask the entire time, which we especially appreciated. We have used All Complete Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for many, many years now and highly recommend the entire team!

Called and L&L responded on a Sat afternoon in an hour to repair a sewer break that two other plumbers found infinite number of reasons why they were not be able to address the problem. In less than 2 hrs later sewer break repaired correctly and mess was gone.... Migel was one time willing to engage, located break in sewer line, dug it out and repaired break in line and solved the problem...

I'm not a plumber, a mechanic, a painter, etc. by any means but like a lot of men I've picked up a lot of stuff throughout the years helping my dad fix stuff around the house... So I gave it my best to fix a leak in my yard the last 3 days and as I seemed to be making good progress, I discovered more problems than I initially thought I had. In any case, the boys here took care of me, got everything fixed up, and even gave me some advice/ insight along the way when I was trying to fix it myself.

If you can do it yourself, give it a shot but when it's time to call the pros, don't hesitate to give these guys a call!!!
