I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

Timely business, quality work, however hired them 18 months ago to do same the exact job but this time their price jumped 30%. I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.

Amazing service!!! Thank you Junior !!!!!!!!! Atmos shut our gas off right before 4pm on Fri afternoon on a holiday weekend. They said there was a leak somewhere and wouldn't turn it back on until a plumber fixed it. Junior came out within 2 hours and fixed the leak. I'll definitely be a return customer. Thanks again!!!

To replace two faucets cost me over $1200. One had to have a cut out from the inside wall. One faucet has the plastic line showing from the outside and I have to use both hands to turn on/off because it isn't secured. I will never refer this company because of price and quality of work.
