Service person in hurry to get to next job! Brought along son to assist with work. Checked power source, changed reset switch, thermostat (upper and lower) with son hitting fuse box switches and tightening ground wire and hot wire. This takes away from focus of repairman and puts homeowner and company at risk. Make quick judgment that no other work can be done but to replace entire tank with additional charges. I got the impression his mind was somewhere else.

2 gentlemen showed up to my house within an hour of calling today, 5/12/2020. They were called due to the washing machine drain being clogged. They tried to go through the drain itself, to no avail. Then went onto the roof to go through the vent pipe with a longer snake, 75 ft. And still could not clear it. They, then, got a pressure hose and were able to clear out the blockage that way. These are the perils of owning a 60+ year old house that likely was never serviced before we moved in. They were very professional, yet kept a friendly demeanor, a good balance. The cost was still under $300, less than most quotes, and no fee for a site visit, which no one else I spoke to offered. Overall, they were less expensive, and fixed my issue as quickly as they could, even cleaning up after themselves! I am extremely pleased, and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

Professional, submitted several means of new replacement of water heater, friendly, efficient: a pleasure to work with.

We have used ABC Plumbing for several years and they have always done superb work. We use them for general plumbing work but a few years ago we remodeled our master bath and powder bath and they did all the plumbing work. In the recent snowmegedon, our pipes froze when we lost heat and electricity. We were staying with friends and neighbors called and said water was running out of the house. We turned off water. Then called ABC Plumbing and with all they had going on, they arrived within 2 days which was amazingly fast. The 3 plumbers we have experience with are Taylor, Schyler and Hunter. Schyler and Hunter were sent to repair our 6 broken copper pipes. They were so professional, got the job done quickly and used new state-of-the-art tubing that will out last copper pipes. Taylor installed the new plumbing when we remodeled our master bath a few years ago and did an outstanding job. We’ve never had any problems with any of ABC’s work.
We highly recommend ABC Plumbing and give them a 5 star rating.

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

Came out on Sunday to snake the kitchen sink. Weekend service call was reasonable but charge was much higher than was expected. However it was timelier than doing without the kitchen on a weekend.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Bryan answered the phone immediately after I called. He was able to work me into his schedule and fixed my clogged pipe really fast. Great service! I will definitely use Bryan again for any other plumbing needs.
