Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. We had a great experience with KMP Plumbing. During the phone call, Rachel expressed sincere concern about our problem. She even called us after hours. The communication was excellent, I received a text and a call. Henry came out and was knowledgeable and able to repair the issue. He was a great combination of professional and personable. I had called a previous plumber before calling Roto-Rooter in Fort Worth. After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didn't work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.

I scheduled an appointment for today, July 8, 2016 to have Direct Source come out to assess my problem downstairs bathroom and outside overfill pipe.

For years the toilet would overflow and I would need to get a plumber to unclog the pipe. They came and went , usually staying just long enough to clear the clog and leave.
Today , Chad, from Direct Source , arrived ...an hour early!

He actually scoped the pipe. He said the pipe looks fine...it just needs a thorough cleaning ...no other plumber,ever, said that to me .

Chad spent a solid 20 minutes or so cleaning out the roots that were always neglected by other plumbers. He said just do this once a year and you will be fine. The previous plumbers stayed just long enough to unclog the drain and tell me things like this just happen.

Before he left he also put on a special shower head for me and fixed a sink stopper that I was having trouble with...

Direct Source Pumbing is 5 star all the way! I will not consider another plumber after this experience.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!
