My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!

Travis really saved the day for us. On Feb 14, 2021 the temp dropped to 6 degrees and we had a house with no heat so he drove out in the ice and snow and winterized it for us at 10pm at night. Great guy and we'll be working with him again.
