They were very professional and curitious. Did what they needed to do. Didn't take long and respected me and my time.

I had 2 water heaters that needed replacing and can’t say enough about how professional black tie was. I spoke with Chad on the phone who set everything up, found the best price for me and was very reasonable compared to other quotes I obtained. Brad took care of the installation and it went smoothly. They did a great job and left the house better than they found it. We will definitely be recommending them for friends and family.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

My AC unit is out and I had them here to price the replacement. I was told I would have a price back by the end of the day and still no price. It is 10:50 pm and no price. While the guy was nice enough, it does not help me to get my AC unit replaced or make a decision. Only gave a star because it made me.

Junior Aviles came out to help with camera for a commercial plumbing line we are having issues with. He was on time, actually a little early, very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Coming from Los Angeles and needing someone last minute, my expectations were not too high, however he far exceeded them!

We had two water heaters replaced. We shopped around and interviewed a number of plumbers, even the big name brands. I am so thankful we chose H and H Plumbing! They were a little bit more, but competitively priced. The little extra was worth it because of the entire experience, their responsive, the quality of materials used, and the quality of workmanship. Total professional experience. The previous water heaters were not installed to code. Zac took care of it.

We are going to have a water softener installed, and a gas line ran to the back patio for a grill. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

Need honest service? This is not the place. I called this morning when they opened at 7am, scheduled my appt for same day. The plumber Robert came out and said that he'd be able to fix it but would have to get on the roof and would come back in one hour with the second person before doing so. I called the office an hour and a half later to find out his ETA, when Monica answered and stated he'd instead gone to service another home since he didn't have another person available for him to be able to complete the service in my home. After I'd taken half the day off to meet them they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to tell me they would not be able to return in the time quoted and in the end Monica would not confirm when the plumber Robert would return. Monica was very rude and could not give me an answer to any question I had. Very frustrating experience.

Excellent service! Fixed my issue very quickly and offered a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. Terry was straight forward and professional and very easy to work with - Thanks guys and keep up the great work!

Wade and Augustine were wonderful. We were concerned that we might have damaged pipes due to the hard freezes we have experienced the past few years. They were here exactly when they said they would be, were very polite, and professional. They checked everything thoroughly, and I was extremely relieved and impressed that we were charged a price that I think is more than fair. I know we are going to need a plumber we can trust since our water heater is running on borrowed time. Now we have one.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
