This is the second time Scott has come
To our house this year. We were very impressed with him the first time we asked for him again. He showed up first thing this morning and was able to fix the leak from the upstairs shower. He did have to cut out 2 sections of my kitchen ceiling but tried to do as little damage as possible. Scott was thorough in his work, polite and easy to talk to. I would recommend him or Larry Stinson Plumbing to anyone. When I called to make the appointment they were thorough in getting my details, sent an email with the appointment, called with a reminder yesterday, called this morning to let me k ow Scott was on his way along with an email and picture of what he would look like. We will be using this company again. Thank you for the work do and your professionalism.

Need a new blower motor and am being charged $1500. Seems awful high when online they cost about $400. The tech was nice and patient and very friendly and knowledgeable. But price seems ridiculously high.

Was originally responsive for original appointment. He ended up having to reschedule ( which happens). But never responded when I left message to reschedule. Ended up calling another company.

Always go to One Way Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Our house was build in the 80’s abs we had had several plumbing issues and have called them each and every time and they fixed the problem at a fair cost. I will continue to us them!!!

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Joe Azcona came out and fixed a loud, leaky, terrible toilet for us by quickly and conveniently installing one that actually works. Very professional, patient, and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. Will use BFP again based on this experience.
