I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

We used KMP for gas pipes leak fixing. Referred by my friend.Absolute professional.One item that i was not entirely happy: were not transparent when city inspection office was requested for inspection.Could have been city that i reside, city’s inspection office were absolutely terrible while i was following up on it.Once Rachael came back to office, she took care of it.

We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

Take your serious complaints to the plumbing licensing board, Texas Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Keep all evidence of price gouging and their predatory schemes to get more and more money from their customers. Document Document. They care nothing about their customers who are dealing with serious issues all they want is more and more money. Pending.....

We had issues with the A/C drainage clogging up a bathroom sink and flooding the bathroom while out of town on vacation. Called on Monday morning and Wes and Tyler were out by 1 pm. Clogging issues and leaks solved quickly and neatly with tips on how to do preventive maintenance for the future. Thanks for the great work!

I had to replace my double check backflow preventer because it was leaking. I was able to schedule an appointment within days. Trent and Chris came by early in the appointment window and discussed my options fully and competently. I was very satisfied with their ability and professionalism. Best of all I was able to schedule a follow up appointment for the next day to complete the work.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
