Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

Although they came right away, I feel that I was over-charged to simply cap one pipe from humidifier.

Having bad plumbing is never a good thing but at least these guys make it a bit easier and do a very good job

I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things. They sent pics of their work, commercial plumber said it was correct, everything is working again....sooo happy with this company!! Thank you! May hire them for my add on 😉

Chaz and Mike did a good job installing a water line for an ice maker. They were fast, friendly and efficient. I would rate them better, but they did leave a big hole in the Sheetrock behind the fridge. I think they should have covered the hole with a vent plate or something to make it look professional.

KMP has helped us with every major plumbing issue we have had in our home. We trust them, and TJ was outstanding.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

Outstanding work by these guys. Thanks to Daryl and Alex for rerouting the water line and taking care of our problem. I've used ABC before and will continue to use them.

Big Bear recently installed an entirely new heating and air conditioning system in my house. I chose the company for several reasons. Their price was competitive, their representative was professional, and their warranty. The initial representative set a time to be at the house and he was on time. When the mechanics arrived to perform the work, they were prompt and efficient. The entire project was completed in one day. I am more than happy with Big Bear.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
