They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

I called Roto-Rooter to have some plumbing work done quickly. I needed to have a new garbage disposal installed as well as three valves under the kitchen sink replaced. I called on a Saturday and the work was scheduled to be done on the following Monday. The plumber showed up right on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service provided.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. I cannot say enough good things about Dillon and his professional, respectful way he hunted for our slab leak. He was very methodical and explained everything before the next step. The first day he was assisted by Eric, also very good and knowledgeable about plumbing issues and Dusty was also good on the second day. He located a difficult to find slab leak for us, which is an upsetting thing for any homeowner. He was eager to please us and did a dirty job as cleanly as possible and we are extremely happy with his service at our home. We have found our permanent plumber after trying many different companies.

Since I have a warranty with this plumbing company for my new home, I have been trying to get hold of someone to make an appointment to fix the gas plumbing in outdoor fireplace. The lady who picks up the phone either forwards the call to warranty department lady who never picks up the call, or I am told that she stepped out of office, or I cannot get hold of anyone altogether when I call.
I hope to get some kind of response because this is very unprofessional.
