I had my entire bathroom replaced. Kaleb and Jacob got here at 8am and we're done by about 4pm. Other than the truck in front of my house, no one would have known I was having work done. They kept everything very neat, there was never a mess in my yard or my house. My movement through my house was never interrupted by their work. They showed me things as they worked and kept me informed throughout the day. They did a beautiful job. The master plumber that came to my residence was very efficient. Excellent communicator on the project. Had to remove mortar and brick to replace leaking outdoor water spigot. Did a really neat job. Brick fit right back in and just need to put some mortar back in. Thank you for your help!!

My house underwent a foundation lift and Blacktie did the plumbing work. Two years later I had an issue with my sewer line. I reached out to Blacktie and asked to speak with a manager. The manager listened to my issue and even though the warranty period had expired, he offered to help me resolve the problem. During the entire time he was always responsive in answering my questions. He got everything lined up to expedite repairs. It took a couple trips to make the final repairs and perform a leak test. Not only did they fix the problem but also analyzed the underlying cause and fixed that too. The techs were always courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they did. Whenever I called the main office, the scheduling and information teams were always very helpful and friendly. They returned calls promptly and made sure I was taken care of. In the end I felt that the price they charged was more than fair and I am a happy and relieved customer. Thank you Blacktie. Had a busy day of running around came home and was going to give my kids showers only to find the bathroom overflown with water. Called a few companies but no one could come until the next morning or they wanted a high price just to come out. Glad we found this company, very reasonable prices and very friendly young men came to fix the problem. They went above and beyond to make sure our problem was taken care of!! We had a busted water line due to this horrible Texas freeze. Could not get any other plumbers to answer their phone. Not only did these two come the same day we called, but they were here within 2 hours of us calling. They came after hours for this emergency call. Gave us options for the repair and had it fixed with running water in less than 30 minutes!!! We are sooooo grateful! Highly recommended- will definitely use again!
