If I could give this company a negative rating I would, but 1 star is the lowest option. I called this company out to fix my washer. Day #1 the plumber got is equipment stuck in the drain and had to leave it over night. Day #2 he got his equipment unstuck, but did not fix the drainage issue. THEN he demanded I pay him for the service call. So 2 days of “working” on the drainage issue the washer was still not fixed and I was bullied into paying for service that was not completed.

I called because I had a clogged up pipe that was over flowing into my shower and tub. They came out within an hour. Juan was our plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. He fixed my problem and the prices were very fair. I will definitely use them in the future if I have other plumbing needs.

Bryon and his team know what they have to do, and get it done in a timely manner. They test and clean after themselves when they complete a job. I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
