Daniel Fitzgerald @blacktie plumbing was the fourth plumber my landlords insurance company sent -I’d really lost hope at this point. I’m happy to share he will the person we call first if we have any plumbing issues when we buy our own home. All said and done it took him about an hour to replace the dip tube on our water heater which was basically non existent. I couldn’t be happier with the service. This place should be your first call.

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.

Interviewed with this company and was told one thing and never happened

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

This company is AMAZING!!!First, I encountered the pleasure of witnessing their giving spirit (Taylor and Myra) with regards to helping high school students in a non-profit program called Mentor's care.Then, when needing service for HVAC repair, as our precious fur baby chewed the outside wire; we contacted KMP.Let me begin with Ms. Dee... she answered the phone and was the most professional, respectful and friendly company representative I've spoken with in years. She was able to coordinate same day service and made me feel like family.Then later that afternoon, I met the HVAC technician, Mr. Billy Junior.He was so informative, kind and helpful throughout the entire repair process, as he took the time to check the whole system and not just the puppy chewed wire.Within minutes our system was up and running and we had peace of mind knowing it was repaired and done right by good hearted, honest people.I don't write reviews but I had to for this company. This company was truly a God sent blessing and we couldn't be more thankful. Brent was the most pleasant person to work with. I called several different places to help me diagnose the issue with a front yard water leak. He came out, showed me what the problem was, and fixed the issue in an hour and a half. I would most definitely recommend this plumbing service. We will be using him in the future. Thanks Brent!!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Yes they are more expensive, but they are good and they guarantee the work. If you want a cheap, half axxx job, don’t call em. But if you want a professional, highly talented team who gets it done, call em.
