To be fair, I have used this company twice before with no issues. My restaurant was scheduled to have our grease trap cleaned at 9am this morning. At 9:15, when no one showed up, I called the office and had to leave a message with an answering service. At 9:45, someone called to inform me that the previous job was running 2-3 hours behind. I was upset that I had driven 1 hour in rush hour traffic to make it to the restaurant on time for them to clean the trap (2 hours earlier than the normal time I come in). I expressed my concern to the man on the phone who simply said These things happen. I asked why no one called me to tell me that the job was running late because obviously, they would have known that well in advance -- not 45 minutes after my scheduled time and not after I called them first. To make matters worse, my grease trap is located in a closet under a heavy beverage cooler and other things. I had to move all of the stuff out in anticipation of their arrival. Now, I have to move everything back. The guy asked me if I wanted to reschedule for tomorrow. When I asked if they are going to be there on time, he said he couldn't say for sure. I told him that this was ridiculous customer service. Instead of showing any remorse, he informed me that he hopes I find another company with whom I won't have these issues! Wow! Really???
