Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. Updating review after Roto followed up. Technicians came out multiple times on warranty claim after snaking drain... last time they said they'd send a camera. After diagnosis (6 months later) turns out I have roots in pipes

I give a 5 star to the plumber, John I think. But less happy about the cost. I was debating finding the leak myself and the home insurance person suggested I let the plumber do it. Well, they charge 225 just to cut a hole in the wall. And the leak was right where I thought it was going to be anyway. So if you have a good idea of where you need to look save yourself some money and cut the hole yourself. The plumber though was courteous and professional. As well as fast.

I woke up in the middle of the night w/water running in my bedroom walls. The water heater that is located in the attic over our Master bedroom was failing causing water to leak into the water heater pan and out through the emergency overflow drain pipes. The DFW Pipe team came out and replaced the tank w/a tankless water heater. No more worries about tanks rupturing in my attic. The plumbers are great!

Had a refrigerator delivered and the company that delivered could not hook up the water line. Called Bluebonnet Plumbing Services and they came out the next day to install. Would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be contacting for my next repair.

We used the company before for installing and replacing our furnace and complete ac system. We got excellent service from them. Our shower abruptly stopped draining and water was backing up. Happened on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by the quick response time. Once again we got friendly professional service and affordable too!

Carlos did a great job installing a stairway and laying decking in my garage attic as well as some sheet rock repair. He was always on time and cleaned up every day before he left. I have also hired him to take care of my lawn maintenance this year. I would definitely highly recommend him.
