Excellent job repairing a leak under the slab. They found and repaired the leak quickly using two small holes through the slab to replace a 9-ft section of damaged pipe. They were courteous and left the area clean.

I am a landlord and one of my tenants had a kitchen draining problem so I called J Rowe and Lisa got me scheduled for the next day! Lisa is always a pleasure to talk to and she is sharp, smart, and very professional. The problem was a bit more extensive than we expected but Phil got it done and kept me updated the whole time! He even documented photos to help better explain the issues to me since I was not there. Phil is completely knowledgeable and gave me several different options without once trying to salesman sale me. I absolutely love this company, I use them for my personal house, my in laws, and my rental properties. Came to my home to service my tankless hot water heater and now I possible will need a new tank. They are crooks, trying to make money. Poked a hole in my tank. Please don’t use these people for anything. Beware of their scams!!!!

Called them out to install a smart water valve such as Flo by Moen or similar. Lady on the phone was super nice and said they can definitely come out and take a look. Guy shows up and has no idea what this is, or how to install it, or what i was wanting. Had a very poor attitude and very standoffish like he was annoyed to be here. I was excited to hire this plumbing company after constantly hearing about their great reviews but I will definitely being hiring someone more competent.

M.Aranda has provided us service twice this year. Their staff was quick and courteous when installing our tankless water and correcting what another company didnt do properly. Most recently, I called them back out to repair a toilet valve that was not stopping the water flow. He was done in 20 mins.
