Worked with Rasshan and Nick this morning. Initial thought was slab leak however Rasshan and Nick found a nail from our prior contractor had punctured a pipe. They were extremely thorough in checking for a slab leak as well. This was best case scenario and they as a team made us feel very confident in their work. So thankful!

Matthew Cherry did an outstanding job. Guy not charging me when he could have easily done so says a ton about his professionalism and integrity.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

I highly recommend Horizon Plumbing. If you have Rinnai tankless call them FIRST! They are experts with Rinnai. We actually had other plumbers take a look, and it was clear the other plumbers were clueless. The Horizontal plumbers came in and serviced our unit like true experts. Great company.

The last thing you want to happen after using all your bowls and utensils to make a great meal is for your sink to back up! Unfortunately this morning (Sunday) this happened while cleaning up from the night before. Lucky for us we were able to get Zachary (Zach) from ARS RescueRooter out to diagnose and fix our problem...a blocked drain pipe that was also causing issues with our washing machine drainage.Zach had a look, diagnosed the issue and presented us with two options...then got to work!
