The technician, Jesus called before arriving and arrived on time. He was friendly, professional, explained what he had done and we actually shook hands. I give him a 10 out of 10.

The company was in touch start to finish. Everyone else was giving us days until they could come give us an estimate they were there within the day!. Everyone that we dealt with was friendly, informative, and respectful.

On Friday my water heater was leaking so I called a well-known plumbing company here in Fresno. They told me I needed a new one. I said OK go ahead and install it. They said they couldn't do it until Tuesday. I'd be without hot water for 4 days. Saturday morning 7AM, I contacted my son-in-law, Bob, and told him the problem. He said I have just the plumbing company to help you. I will call my friend at Art Douglas Plumbing and I'm sure they can help you. He contacted them and called me back. He said someone from Douglas will call you at 9AM. Sure enough, at 9AM, I received a call from Michael to let me know that someone was on their way. Josh came and evaluated the situation and I had my water heater installed and working by 7PM same day. Josh, the technician, gave me superb service. He even came by this morning to install a steel metal plate to cover the damage that the water had caused at no extra charge. He didn't have to do this but he did. That is what I call good customer service. Guess what? Next time if I have a plumbing problem the first one I will call is Art Douglas Plumbing. Not only did I get good service but I saved $1200. as the other company was a lot more expansive.

My service man Pete was super friendly. He called me a head of time and told me exactly when he would be there. Showed up when he said he would. Very knowledgeable and will definitely recommend them and be using them again.

I was apprehensive about the sticker shock for routine maintenance on my tankless water heater, but Aaron did a good job. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and why.

Prices were reasonable, so I was able to afford not only a new heat exchange system, but also a mini-split for the bedroom. They communicated well addressing my many questions and keeping me informed of schedules. The guys were so polite and cleaned up after themselves well. It's early to tell how well the systems will run, but I'm put at ease by their warranties that include labor!Next spring: All has gone well with the previous job, so now I had them return for a plumbing job. He was pleasant, effective, and went above the call by fixing it all. He let me watch so I could learn, and responded well to my input and requests. I will definitely call them again!

I discovered I had a leak under the slab of my house on the hot water side. I called around several different plumbers around town to get quotes on the best way to restore the hot water and fix the problem. Being close to Christmas at the time, it was very difficult getting anyone to show up. I found PDS plumbing and noticed the number of reviews they had and decided to give them a try.

They were very responsive and were able to send someone out right away. I was given a few options on repair and settled on re-piping both the hot and cold-water lines, since they were already going to have to open the walls for the hot water lines.

They were able to able to start the project within a few days. I was quoted 3 to 5 days for the project. They were able to complete everything within the 3 days.

They showed up on time each day and cleaned up all the workspaces at the end of each day before they left. They were super easy to work with and answered all my questions.
