Best Water Heaters Tankless Install in Fresno CA

I appreciate Lee's. My technician called stating he was at NY house for our appointment. I forgot to cancel so I told him, I'm sorry, we no longer need service. Then the phone disconnected. I called back and spoke with a customer service representative and explained I wanted to speak with the tech to make sure he didn't hang up on me. She assured me he wouldn't do that however I still wanted to find out. She was awesome. She called me back to explain that the techs phone went dead in the middle of our conversation and that he reached out to her to make sure I knew that. This is the kind of Great care you get from Lee's. I use them for our church and residential. Great job.

Oh my gosh! I cannot say enough about this company. We had a mini split installed by someone else, and they did a horrible job! They left exposed wires, and didn’t even cover the hoses that were going around the room. Our installer left a hazardous mess, and our unit even stopped working a couple of weeks later. We googled Controlled climates, and decided to have them come out and fix our mess because we were so unhappy with our first installation. The lady who set up our installation was so amazing over the phone, and set up A reinstall. Once our appointment date approached, the installer (Raymond Montez) Came out, gave us tons of information about our equipment, and how it worked, explained in detail exactly what they were going to do and walked us through it. The job took all day, because technically, they had to do double the work by tearing out everything our first installer did, and obviously, this was a huge installation to begin with. Raymond was very particular, and very detailed with each step of the installation. When they were done installing our unit, it looked very clean, and professionally done.

Very happy called around 3 o’clock in the afternoon and told them that my 87 year old mothers sewer was backed up and they were here at 4:30 and it’s all working wonderfully for her. I am so thankful for their professional and quick service. Highly recommend them.

But, I am waiting for a price to provide payment without financing.
Allow my family an invoice to get things rolling... ASAP.

I called them up for a pugged drain.
They came out and unclothed the sewer line. 20 mins later my tub over flowed and toilet also. I had to call another plumber to unclog sewer. I called art Douglas for a refund. They are giving me the run around. I will never use them again . They are terrible and non professional

Pete was awesome! He called prior to the appointment, was on time, quick to complete my servicing but, I never felted rushed when asking him questions. He was very personable and professional.

We had a cracked pipe that turned into kind of a nightmare. Travis returned our first call the same day and was prompt and personable throughout. The cost was reasonable. So many contractors are so unreliable. but Travis is dependable. Couldn't improve on the service, it's the best. Would hire again anytime!

This is the second time I have used Quality Plumbing.

The first time, they worked on my Granville home and they were professional, responsive, and punctual. They fixed my sprinkler system.

The second time I called them was because a home inspector noted that one of my homes water tanker was missing a drain pipe for the pressure relief valve. I send Richard photos of the water tanker and he noted nothing was wrong and needed to be done. He was honest, helpful, and saved me money!

In desperation and paying for estimates of unreasonable prices and facing another week without hot water, I was going to attempt to fix my friends gas thermostat valve myself, when I saw the ad for Clarks. Hey! No cost estimate! Can't hurt! They gave an estimate over the phone and within an hour there he was installing a better name brand water heater than my friend was offered, for $950 dollars cheaper! The best part is, less than 2 1/2 hours later, there stood the shiny new tank and his friendly attitude was gone as fast as he came! Then I found out it was 100.00 cheaper than he quoted! I'm so grateful to who ever it was that did the install on timmy ave! I will tell everyone to call Clark Family Water Heaters if you want honesty and quality

BEST plumber EVER!!! Joe came out on a Saturday at no extra charge, repaired my plumbing problem quickly, with obviously years of experience and gave me an extremely reasonable, fair price!! I couldn't ask for anything or anyone better!! I would recommend Joe Nelson to anyone!! In the future I definitely know who to call!! Besides his technical expertise, Joe is just a plain, nice, polite and decent man!!!!
