They are very professional and fair. I called them in the hottest part of July and they came out the next day and serviced my AC , cleaned a dirty coil and replaced leaking capacitor. I hadnt had it serviced in two years and i let the filters get dirty and clogged a couple times or it would have been cheaper but i still felt the repair was very reasonable. 400 dollars. If i serviced it every year like i was supposed to and kept the filters clean it would have cost a couple hundred.

I called them up for a pugged drain.
They came out and unclothed the sewer line. 20 mins later my tub over flowed and toilet also. I had to call another plumber to unclog sewer. I called art Douglas for a refund. They are giving me the run around. I will never use them again . They are terrible and non professional

Worked efficiently and fast and kept their word on timing and cost. They are great Plumbers and I would use them again.

They responded very quickly to our call and set what I believed to be a fair price for cleaning out a drain. While here we asked them to do some other repairs. They did the repairs but charged us the fixed rate of $150 for each repair (cartridge replacement) as if we had called them to our house for that specific repair. In other words, had we called them to make 1 cartridge replacement and they came for that specific reason the charge would have been $150, which presumably would have covered travel time and expense. They charged the same rate even though they were already at our home. Consequently, we wound up being charged a total of $510 (which included parts) for less than 1 hours work (although there were 2 men here). In checking with two other plumbers we were told that once the men were on site and the charge for the initial visit was covered by the original repair, they would not have charged the full set rate for each additional repair. I feel the charges were exorbitant and unfair.
And they had to come back the next day to refix one of the toilets they had repaired. Which they did promptly and without additional charge.

Our air conditioning system went out on one of the coldest nights. Luckily we used Costless Plumbing Heating & Air for some plumbing work at our office and decided to give them a try for an estimate for a new heating system. I called in the morning and the friendly comfort advisor, Nathan came out to see our system and diligently worked on presenting all of our system options. He answered all of our questions and explained the process for each option. We happily chose a new Bosch system due to us on solar and Nathan quickly went to work. The same week, we had a full installation team replace our split system and we were back to heating the same week! Nathan and his team got us back to heating before the rain storm. Thank you costless!

Finally a plumber, while small, isn't gouging me. Couldn't come out late Thursday afternoon when I called, made an appointment for Friday at 5pm but they were able to come out before noon. Good service.

I called for a service the lady who answered the phone said someone will call me back it's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anyone call yet. I guess I'll take my business somewhere else.
