Severo gave us very good customer service. We reported a noise coming from the A/C system. He was very thorough in trying to locate the problem. The noise subsided.

I've had this company out to my house twice this week, once to have my AC serviced and my rental property and secondly to repair my faucet filters (it had 3 filters!). John came out on the last one and did a nice job of finding all three filters, cleaning them out and boom I have nice water pressure now. Art Douglas Plumbing is my new go to company, especially since I received both services on the same day I called!!! Unheard of.

Short review: everyone needs a house filter system and GOODE PLUMBING is an excellent choice for the job.

We hired Goode Plumbing to install a house water filter to resolve problems with the galvanized pipes rusting and tainting the water inside our home. We had two solutions: Repipe the house or install a water filter to eliminate chemicals that were degrading the pipes to prolong the life of the pipes.

While considering options, Travis Goode came out and provided technical information about the install and the logistics. He explained how the filter works, how it would be connected and was careful to not over promise this would solve the problem. I really appreciated his honesty before the process.

Travis and Zack were professional, friendly, responsive and careful during the work. The pricing was fair and did not change. The install took 2 days because of the trenching work. However, The installation did not interrupt our water supply.

When done the water improvement was immediate. Our water looked clearer and tasted worlds better.

I know this might not end the issues with the galvanized pipes rusting but am hopeful this will extend the life of the pipes.

While they were here, they also solved three internal plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. I will hire them again for future plumbing work.

Also I am really excited about the taste AND cleanliness of THE WATER. I know I will be saving hundreds of dollars in costs related to water bottles and internal filtration.

They responded very quickly to our call and set what I believed to be a fair price for cleaning out a drain. While here we asked them to do some other repairs. They did the repairs but charged us the fixed rate of $150 for each repair (cartridge replacement) as if we had called them to our house for that specific repair. In other words, had we called them to make 1 cartridge replacement and they came for that specific reason the charge would have been $150, which presumably would have covered travel time and expense. They charged the same rate even though they were already at our home. Consequently, we wound up being charged a total of $510 (which included parts) for less than 1 hours work (although there were 2 men here). In checking with two other plumbers we were told that once the men were on site and the charge for the initial visit was covered by the original repair, they would not have charged the full set rate for each additional repair. I feel the charges were exorbitant and unfair.
And they had to come back the next day to refix one of the toilets they had repaired. Which they did promptly and without additional charge.

We had costless come out for a free estimate after 2 other companies and it was BYFAR the least expensive option for our install. We had a swamp cooler in the home we just purchased and in the valley that just doesn’t cut it . With a newborn we needed it fast as it is starting to get uncomfortable and costless had new ducts and a full unit installed and working in TWO DAYS!! We’re so comfortable in our home now . Great service !
