Best Thermostat Installation in Fresno CA

I would have to give a one star review to this company, although this is not specific to this company. I, like many during this time had a problem with my AC unit which was not blowing cold air. I called LEE's based on google's blasting reviews. 100 dollars for a diagnosis. I said it's fair, if it would be included in the repair price. They said yes. Next day appointment, thank you very much! The tech was very professional, on time. After checking my AC unit, he says that the capacitor needs to be changed. Then he drops the bomb. 640 dollars with 30 days warranty. More than 2000 dollars with 5 year warranty! I was perplexed. For most of you that have not idea what a capacitor is, please google it. It costs around 20-30 dollars and it takes 5 min to change. I said to the tech, look, I know how much it costs and how long it takes but you have to be reasonable. You cannot charge me 640 dollars for 30 minutes of work. Not event the most expensive lawyer in this country makes 1200 dollars/hour. Anyway, I paid for the diagnosis and bought my capacitor for 33 dollars and installed it myself. 5 min job. I would like to say that I called other firms and they all quoted similar prices. Unbelievable.

My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another.
I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

Found climate control through some good online reviews, and the reviews didn't lie. Ac unit went out, called and had an appointment the next day. Ray and Dallas came out to diagnose the issue. Very polite and honest on the replacement parts, recommendations, and they're suggestions. Had some complications along the way and the receptionist Katelyn was very helpful and patient with guiding me through the application process through the phone. The whole process took a little less than 2 weeks to complete. Very satisfied and would totally recommend their quality service.

I felt he did a good job, however, he missed a drain and had to come back the next day.

I called them on Saturday 7/22/23 to have them come fix my AC it had gone out, I left a message about needing help ,Well they don't have Emergency services on the Weekends which is not good..,& today is Monday 7/24/23 8:19 am & I still have not even gotten a call back about the message I left & the emergency about my AC. It still is not working 😕, I called PR plumbing & HVAC & they called me back. Re: My service because I was trying to get someone to help me, especially with the heat we're having. I'm happy to say that I can count on PR plumbing to help! Their a great team at PR plumbing to!! I WILL NEVER CALL ALBRITTEN HVAC EVER AGAIN!!VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER😡!!

My window for their visit was noon to 3 pm. They didn't arrive until 4:30, but that's the only negative thing I can say. Michael is the gentleman who fixed my issue. He did it promptly and professionally. Plus he was a real sweetheart. It turned out to be worth the wait. Thank you, Michael. Live long and prosper. Ha ha!

Scheduling repairs to my heating system was a breeze. The technician who came out, Edgar, was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future!
