Best Tankless Water Heaters in Fresno CA

Our A/C was not working properly over the weekend. I scheduled an appt in the evening and a representative named Nareah (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) called me within an hour to further assist with my scheduled appointment. Christopher Camp called prior to arrival. He was very professional and a good communicator. He even went into more detail to my husband via FaceTime! He located the problem and resolved the issue. Lee’s Air has been there for us since 2019 and we love their service!

Yes I have had service from them company many times. Erik is one of the employees and he does an excellent job. He has services my unit a few times and I have been pleased. All of the employees work hard so if you use Costless A/C Repair you can’t go wrong.

I used Balanced Comfort on my old unit for yearly cleaning and maintenance. I am a handy person but I’m no HVAC technician. I really like balanced Comfort because they always do a detailed inspection including pictures of faulty items connected to their volt meter ( so I know it’s not a scam). Then I can easily get the parts and fix it myself.My compressor finally blew and I was faced with the decision to repair the compressor on a 12 year old unit or replace it.I got 2 other companies to come out and give estimates. They were both 20k plus, and one even talked poorly of balanced Comfort when I’d advised I’m waiting for other estimates to pull the trigger.Balanced comfort came out and gave me 3 options. 1) replace the compressor and install a platform for around 6k. 2) new 3 ton unit 14 seer unit with platform for around 13k. 3) new 3 ton unit 16 seer with platform for around 15k.They advised they cover the unit if anything goes wrong within 10 years. Which 4 days after install it was not coming out to cold, gave them a call and they were out same day and had it fixed.I have a very hard time trusting any type of maintenance professional. To many companies will lie straight to you face to get your money, but I feel like I can really trust this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done.

My grandmother needed her 20+ year old water heater replaced, so I contacted over a dozen plumbers for quotes and received a very fair quote on yelp from Clark Family Water Heaters. I called Bryan in the morning to let him know that we were going to replace the water heater with him and he was here in the afternoon with a brand new one. He replaced the water heater and all the accompanying accessories (hoses, hose insulation, earthquake straps, valves, etc.), and hauled away the old one. He stuck to the quote he gave us on yelp messaging and didn’t tack on any hidden fees like many plumbers do at the end. Overall we’re very happy with our experience, and strongly recommend. Bryan was extremely friendly, personable and especially very helpful to my 87 year old grandmother who he explained the whole installation to, and took great care of her and her house.

Joe arrived by appointment on time. Knew exactly what was needed to replace main valve going into the house. He left and got parts. Arrived in one hour and had the job complete within an hour. Great work. Reasonable fees. I am pleased and recommend.
