Vern’s repiped our hot water lines…recent inspection found work to be sloppy…would not recommend

First and foremost I want to Thank Pacific Plumbing for hiring an exceptional employee. Tony was our Technician, he was so professional, and personable. He fixed a leak in the pipe under the sink, he first surveyed the leak and pipes and made sure he had all the materials needed before he started taking stuff apart. He took his time, was not rushed like other companies we've used in the past. He replaced the entire pipes, and made sure everything was perfect and than after all of that he unclogged the drain and he also made sure the drain was competed unclogged before he packed up his tools. We truly admired he's work ethic. I guarantee that we will most definitely be using Pacific Plumbing for all our plumbing needs through AHS and will share our experience with our neighbors , family and friends . These guys are amazing! They really care about doing the job right and making sure that you’re happy with their work. I'm convinced there isn't a plumbing problem out there that they can’t handle. I was so pleased with the support, quality, and professionalism I received from PDS! They were extremely friendly and quickly determined what the problem was in my air conditioner, fixed the problem, and got along with all the dogs. CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.
