Matthew came out to check on a possible overflow issue… He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure it would be taken care of (It turned out to a plumbing issue)… I will definitely use them again for future plumbing or HVAC issues.

Martin and Nico came to my home and unclogged a toilet that was backed up. I originally had Roto Rooter come out and they sent a young unexperienced guy who did not fix the issue. However, Martin and Nico had the toilet working like new in less than 30 minutes!! I will only use this company now!! Thank you Low Cost Plumbing Service

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

Edward and Jona responded to help with drainage issues. Unfortunately the job is more extensive than what was anticipated. They were friendly, affordable, and honest. Eventhough they couldn't fix the issue without doing more extensive work, I would recommend and use their service again.

Yangs plumbing was amazing, tried to snake our drain but the clog was pretty bad! He ended up hydro flushing and everything is great! Would highly recommend!

I was having a heating issue, and I had a service tech named Phillip come out to my house. After talking to him for awhile I decided to replace my whole unit. They were done the same day and everything came out great! Thanks again for the service.

I have used Lee’s in the past & I thought they were fantastic! Not sure what happened but they are terrible now. The person who came to check on my kitchen faucet & toilet did not even tell me what was wrong. He automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. He took a personal call while on the job. He did not wear a mask or remove his shoes/place a covering over his shoes even though Lee’s Plumbing claimed that it’s their policy. He seemed to be in a rush to leave but reminded me 3 times that I needed to pay the $50 service charge, which was such a waste of my money because no issues were solved. He proceeded to make a slight racial remark when he asked how to pronounce my last name. I cringingly laughed it off but I thought it was incredibly inappropriate. As he left my house, he looked at the pictures in my hallway, which I also thought was very personal & not very professional.I was able to speak to the manager Ben, who apologized for everything saying he would have this person retrained. They were both very friendly individuals. Ben also told me someone would be calling me to reschedule an appointment that same evening but that never happened. It’s been a whole week and I have not received a call. I was not even offered a refund for the $50 especially when nothing was solved. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this company. I completely understand that during Covid everyone may be short staffed, but for a company with such a great reputation, I was in complete shock! Sadly, I don’t think I would ever use them again.

I called Travis first thing on a Monday morning since our hot water heater broke and he came out to my property after hours on the same day to check it out. I also showed him some issues we were having with our bathroom sink to see if he could fix that as well. He sent two guys out to my property the following morning to replace the hot water heater. They were both very nice, professional, punctual and explained everything they were doing (they were also very kind to my dogs, even throwing the ball a couple of times for my pit bull lol). They were able to replace my hot water heater that day, as well as change out our bathroom sink faucet but had to reschedule to have them come out again to fix the issue of our sink not draining. Travis came out to snake our drain two weekends later but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. He then sent his two guys out the following week to do a little more extensive work and that fixed the issue. Overall, I'm very happy I chose Goode Plumbing and would definitely do business with them again in the future. They did a great job and continued to be up front and honest with me every step of the way.

Chris did an amazing job! Came to help us quickly (within a couple of hours of my call) and solved our problem as fast as possible. Because our house was remodeled from a much older house, he had to investigate to figure it out. He explained everything as he was going step-by-step, very clearly. And provided exceptional value as well! We will definitely call him for anything we need, and recommend highly.
