The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

Called on a Wednesday morning about my mother in law's a/c being down....they booked a 4pm appointment for us, by 5:30 pm the air was back on. They replaced the mother board (it had caught fire) and the scorched wiring. Can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and timeliness. Made themselves look good and made me look good with the mother in law! Job well done.
