I called them at 12 in the afternoon and they set a schedule for 2-4pm with Martin, but he came at 2pm which was great because I thought it would take longer for him to come. The diagnose was quick and he was very professional and knew what he was looking for. After diagnose he was able to repair everything that needed to be fixed. Never again will I find a FB Plumber which costed more and very unprofessional!!! If you guys/gals need a low cost and professional plumbing company look no further!!! Thanks Again 🙏

He is the best. very friendly and professional I called him when I put a hole in my ceiling while I was running some wires in my attic. next time I will use planks up there, but I'm kind of glad I did because I got to meet Andrey. He showed up on time and prepared to do the job his attention to detail was refreshing I will definitely not hesitate to call him again for anything I don't want to diy before he left I was already asking him about other projects around the house to help me with.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

When I had a plumbing emergency (water valve wouldn't turn off), I went to Google and started making frantic calls down the list. I called six local plumbing companies and was told by each of them that they were unavailable for at least two days. (I shut off water to the house and really couldn't wait 2+ days for running water.) When I called Rapid Rooter I was told they could be there in a few hours. Ed showed up even before the 2-hour window began and he finished the job quickly, professionally, and personably. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Rapid Rooter is now the first plumber I'll call.

Stewart showed up promptly and was very polite and professional. He laid out several options and helped us decide on the right parts for our toilet, sink and budget. So my parents had to replace their water heater and they took advantage of 2 seniors who live on a fix income they over charged them and they replaced water heater and parts labor and installation were told that they didn’t include a permit for the new water heater I spoke to the installer and he told me they don’t pull permits I told them that is a requirement when installing a water heater because I just had mine replaced he assured me that he would tell his boss to pull permit and they would come out to inspect water heater my mom has called several times to find out what happened with inspector and they keep giving her the run around saying they will call her back it’s been over a month now and still no inspector or phone call. It cost them over $4092.00 what a rip off don’t use this company do your research before hiring a plumber
