Best Main Water Line Leak in Fresno CA

Ebert Bissett came to fix a leaking sink and take a look at our old water heater through Lee's Air. He was very punctual and very kind. He fixed the sink quickly and explained in detail the possible problems associated with the water heater. We recommend him very much!

Very professional! We have a home insurance warranty and our garbage disposal had a leak. They came out within 48 hours, confirmed the issue and replaced our garbage disposal. They were quick and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any new clients.

We had a leaky toilet and got pacific plumbing through our home warranty program. They called immediately (less than 12 hours after I sent in the claim) even though it was after “regular business hours”!! When Jerry came to the house he was kind, courteous and very quick - first with a call to let me know he was on the way and subsequently let me know immediately what the problem was and fixed it - all in less than an hour!! He cleaned up the area as well - huge plus!! Thank you, Jerry for a great experience with your company!! I’ll definitely be using pacific pluming in the future!!

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

Referral from a close friend; she maybe embarrassed now.... Definitely get a second opinion! This guy shows up with his son that’s fine; but don’t show up acting like you don’t have time to do the work or act like you have no idea what was discussed prior to you coming over and only spend a total of 10 mins... I asked when the work could be done and stated he couldn’t do it that day. Mind you; was intending on paying him upon completion of work that day... Said he’d go back to the office to draw up a quote... cmon you couldn’t have done it right there?! could have been way more efficient! The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommend.

That still doesn't address the fact that nothing got done.. I don't know anything about toilets and expected you to try other things; rather than just throwing your hands up in the air; saying oh you need a new toilet... I called and expected something out of the appointment. Maybe you should consider retiring.

Tod brought a replacement water heater with him, installed it quickly, replaced some fittings that had been wrong since the original installation, and answered all my questions, in addition to being pleasant and reasonably priced. I'm recommending him to my friends and family.

We had a cracked pipe that turned into kind of a nightmare. Travis returned our first call the same day and was prompt and personable throughout. The cost was reasonable. So many contractors are so unreliable. but Travis is dependable. Couldn't improve on the service, it's the best. Would hire again anytime!
