Best Duct System in Fresno CA

I went through 3 other companies before calling Lee's to service my furnace due to a odor of Gas coming from the unit itself. The 3 previous companies all stated they could not detect or smell a gas leak to which I was shocked because the entire closet that housed the furnace wreaked of gas while the valve was on. First 2 companies said to just change the filter and that would fix the smell obviously that did not work nor would that have been the fix for it issue. 3rd company did as the first and sprayed solution to detect a leak and said they couldn't find any. However they did clean the sensor saying that would fix the problem all while the odor of gas was lingering while they were working. Like the previous two the 3rd said they dont smell gas and i was good to use the heater. 10mins after leaving I could still smell gas. I shut the valve off and called Lee's. The very next day the Lee's tech arrived named Peter. I had turned the gas back on 5 mins prior to hus arrival and once the furnace door was open he immediately identified the smell of gas. I had explained to peter the ongoing situation and previous experiences and within minutes of arriving identified the LEAKS one off the thermostat and other off the flex pipes and began to fix the issues. Having 5 minor kids in my household and the weather getting colder getting the heat back on was paramount. Peter was very professional, courteous, and walked me through the problem and how he was going to fix it. Lee's service is who I should have called in the beginning. Peter from the start was very attentive and understanding to my concerns and frustration being he was the 4th technician to look at my furnace. He methodically went through the furnace to ensure everything was in working order and explained to me what he was doing to put my mind at ease for the safety of my family. Had I gone off the others techs ok who knows what would have happened. I highly recommend Lee's Air Conditioning, Heating and plumbing. If all their techs are like Peter you will have a tech who cares about you getting the repairs and service you need, and puts the highest quality and care into their work.

The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

Dallas the tech was very helpful and explained what was happening with our unit. He was able to add the fluid required and the unit started to cool immediately.

Sam did a very professional job. He came out within an hour of me calling the office and finished the job quickly.

Mark was the diagnostic tech sent out by Lee's Air to troubleshoot my AC unit. Not only was he exactly on time but was very systematically thorough in finding this elusive problem. After figuring out it was a malfunctioning part called a contactor and putting on a replacement, he generously explained to me what it does and how it works. During this process he noticed something wasn't right inside the old part, so he poked and prodded, then tapped it on the ground where upon a large, very dead insect fell out. After a good laugh, he explained that the bug carcass kept it from making electrical contact. He concluded the part was still in fairly good shape and he would gladly put back the original part and retest the system. My AC was back running perfectly and Mark saved me several hundred dollars. He then went over my AC system telling me various things to look out for as the unit ages and giving me informative estimates without ANY pressure. Also, he gave me some tips on how to maintain the unit throughout the year. I'm impressed with this company's high tech professionalism, but especially with Mark M. who I found to be a real pro who likes his job and the people that he helps.

Van 249 parked directly in front of the community mail box. The only way to get through was blocked by thorny branches. I would understand if there was nowhere else to park but there was parking available everywhere.
