Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. I had experienced a water leak in the attack and had called several other companies as they were all too busy and no one was able to come out right away. I called Goode Plumbing in the morning and the gentlemen who answered my call was very responsive to my situation and stated he would call back shortly to arrange a visit. Within 30 minutes he called back and one his techs arrived at the scheduled time. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable and addressed the issue immediately. He also pointed out some other potential issues to look out for in the future. I will definitely use Goode Plumbing again and will recommend them to others.

my kitchen sink was clogged up by a pipe under my kitchen floor and I needed it to be fixed asap. I called them up and their receptionist informed me that they will get to me as soon as they can and in less than 30 mins, she called me back stating that Morgan and his partner will be here asap. they inspected it and fixed it in less than 1 day which wasn't so bad considering my kitchen sink/floor was a big hassle for them! the cost was super cheap compared to the good work they ended up doing and no hidden charges. great plumbing company! I would recommend them.
