Gustavo Martinez was my technician today. He was on time, professional, and reaponsive. He did wear a face mask when he arrived at my home. He performed an HVAC maintenance for me today and provided me with a detailed verbal report on the condition of my machine. He provided me with 1 recommendation that was not urgent, but I decided to make the repair at that moment to avoid any failures in the future. Gustavo did the simple repair right away. Overall he did an excellent job and I am pleased with the maintenance he did on my machine. He cleaned up after himself when he completed his tasks. I will certainly call Lee's Air again on my next maintenance and will request Gustavo to come back if possible. Thank you.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

Very thankful for Anthony and his work in helping fix our tankless water heater promptly and professionally along with Jennifer for keeping in touch once they send technicians and on time. Overall very happy with this company highly recommend for any plumbing/water issues

When my hot water heater stopped working I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent Pacific Plumbing to my home the next day. Eddie and Jerry diagnosed the issue and determined I needed a new one. Eddie and Jerry were great, they managed to light the pilot and got the old going long enough so I was able to take a shower and do some dishes. To my satisfaction, Pacific called the next day to schedule the install - and the were able to do the work the very next day, a Friday before the long weekend.

Eddie and Jerry came out and did a great job on the prep work and Dustin and Tony installed the new water heater. They even cleaned out the closet when they were finished with the install. (Swept up the floor and disposed of the debris that was under the stackable washer and dryer - which they had to move in order to get the H2O heater out.)

All told, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came at the exact appointed time and finished the job in 75 minutes. I am very happy with my interaction with everyone at Pacifuc. Nancy, the dispatcher was very helpful and curtious in scheduling everything and coordinating with Fidelity. I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing in the future - hopefully I will never need their service again! Keeping my fingers ceissed!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.
