I called about going from electric to gas. It was pricey but the tech that came out was great. Talked about the different things he would do, and what we needed to get what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the process, and had answers for our questions. He was very friendly on top of that and made us feel like it wasn't just a job he stayed a bit after to talk a little more. I'm sure we will end up getting the work done primarily because of him.

I had Controlled Climates come today and service 2 AC units for me and I am very pleased with the results. It is obvious that this company is all about providing superior service. There is no doubt that I will be calling them again.

Brad Watkins diagnosed my water heater problem and provided me with clear information with my options without pressure. After decided to replace with a new water heater, he efficiently completed the installation so that I was able make an appointment by 3:00pm. Overall, Brad provided excellent customer service and quality.

They came out last year for emergency repair and sent a commercial tech and he was very professional and addressed our issues. Fast forward a year later and I'm having cooling issues and they sent out someone with very little knowledge and I felt like throwing him out of my house. I signed up for their servicing program and that was yet another mistake. I'm not sure what changed over the course of a year but I'll never use lees or recommend them to anyone. The tech was very fast on recommending a new unit and said it's not recommended to repair my unit. That was a load of bs...I called another company for a second opinion and my unit is now fixed and working like before. I'll eat the service program cost and walk away never to use lees again

My A/C stopped running on Sunday morning Labor Day weekend. This on a day when the expected high temp here in Fresno was 108. I immediately came to Yelp to look at HVAC companies with 4-5 Star ratings. First, I'll tell you that I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come out on a weekend, let alone a holiday weekend during the busiest time of year for HVAC service! However, I used the Yelp auto-fill service form and hoped for the best. Long story short, and to my surprise, Costless Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning promptly sent me a message saying they were available and can send someone out TODAY. I called the number provided, spoke to a young lady named Veronica who said the technician would be out to my house between 2-5p. The technicians (2) arrived around 2:45p -- a mere two hours after I called and spoke with Veronica. My rooftop dual-pak unit is only 13 months old and I suspected my thermostat, not the unit, was the problem. The tech checked the thermostat first and confirmed what I had suspected and quickly fixed the issue. However, the service call fee included a HVAC unit check-up and complete servicing. Even on a holiday weekend the price was very reasonable, not outrageous. The two guys were on my roof at 3:00p in 105 degree heat. The service call, troubleshoot and thermostat fix and servicing of the dual-pak unit took all of 40-45 minutes. Even in the scorching 105 temp, service technicians Daniel and Jose could not have been more respectful or polite. I will definitely use Costless in the future as needed, highly recommend the company and will gladly recommend Costless to anyone who asks.

They're either incompetent or crooks. I want to be VERY clear that the technician this company sent out was friendly and professional, but NOT qualified to work on a mini-split AC. He came, did some tests, troubleshot to the best of his ability, and said I had a broken thermistor. He told me the parts might be hard to find but I'd get a call on Monday (it was Friday when he came out). Monday came and went, I didn't hear back. I called Tuesday afternoon and they said they're still looking for the part. I finally got a TEXT, not a phone call, 10 DAYS after they first came out. 10 days with my AC acting up and they don't tell me anything! The text just said they couldn't get the part, and that's ALL it said. I asked what my options were. They sent a salesman out and he quoted me $15k for a new system, even though I found the part he said was broken for $140. Keep in mind this system is a Fujitsu system (they're supposed to be one of the best brands) and less than 4 years old.I called another AC company and they sent a tech out. He found the condensation sensors were dirty, cleaned them, and it works perfectly now. Balanced Comfort almost cost me $15k for a job that didn't even require a part. Do NOT let this company into your home.

I highly recommend PDS Plumbing & Air. My problem was addressed and solved within 24 hours of my initial phone call. The plumbing technicians assigned (Larry & Isaac), found the leak, explained why it was leaking, and then showed me the fix, before soil was placed back in the hole. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. When he needed to replace a small pipe he got the part very quickly, and still completed the job in 2 hours as planned. Highly recommended.
