From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. I'm making an assumption here that this location is also supposed to serve the Euless, TX area. I came home from work last night shortly after 8 p.m. to find both my toilets seeming to be clogged as the water would fill to the top of the bowl and then recede but never really flush. I called the emergency number for my area only to have the phone continuously ring for what seemed like 5 straight minutes before somebody from an after hours call center answered. I told them the problem and gave them my phone number to have someone call me back. I've still never received a call. 24/7 emergency service is a joke unless it has a different meaning than it implies. In any case, I've already resolved my problem with no help from Mr. Rooter. If you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this company. If I have reviewed the wrong location for my area, my hope is that the proper location will be advised of this review.

Clearwater plumbers is excellent I highly recommend. Victor Friese is the tech that came out and he was great! Very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what needed to be done and what he was doing and why. I have used this company 3 times for plumbing issues and they have never disappointed.

After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. Sanders Plumbing is a great company to do business. They are fare on their pricing and the do the job right the first time. They have a great staff of employees from the workers, office staff and even the owner will take a job. Anytime I have an issue they are the ones I call.

Call for a broken pipe connceted to my outdoor septic system. Was told they dont do that.

Would ask they take outdoor plumbing, sewer and septic off if their website and Google page if its not a service they offer.

Otherwise no complaints.

Berkey's is the best! Our home has had numerous plumbing needs over the past year. I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

The plumber assigned to my he was super persistent and effective in dealing with the project problem. He had to use different ways to access and repair the Fawcett water cartridge against all the obstacles he found. I am very pleased of results of his excellent performance!
