I am currently using this company with my home warranty company. They are trying to do the bate and switch game. My warranty said they were covering the gas control valve and they said I had to pay $130 for the burner assembly unit. (The gas valve is $250). I have it directly from the warranty company and that they were covering the gas control valve Also when they were out they were pushing me to purchase to 50 gallon takes for $7500! I looked on Home Depot. The low end they start at $598-$929 for each one plus parts and labor. Their markup is incredibly high. I also asked them what is the brand for that price snd he didn’t know, My water tank is still not repaired..

Terry called me from his company. He said they don’t make much money off the warranty companies. He said he cancelled my service , refused to give me a refund. He refused to provide the documentation that the warranty company gave him to see if there was a difference between the two letters.

I am all for supporting small businesses owners but my rating will stay at a 1 for Oasis Plumbing.

Oasis was sent out through my home warranty company for a water heater replacement. They explained everything and were great at scheduling and responsiveness to help us get out heater replaced as fast as we could. The day of, we needed to make some repairs due to finding water damage underneath the unit and they were super helpful and were able to give use time to fix the surface and then fit us back in for later the same day. I will definitely consider using them in the future.

Had extensive work done with Oasis after I had foundation repair work done. I had a total of 5 breaks and they took care of everything. They are extremely professional the entire time and I had them come back and replace my garage disposal. I can absolutely recommend TD and his team.

I've been using this company for a few years. They are always professional, courteous and prompt. There have even been a couple of minor visits that they didn't charge for. I will not use any other company for plumbing services.

A scam or just incompetent? They charged me $300 to detect a non-existen leak in my slab and gave me an estimate of several thousand dollars to excavate my slab and repair. As I did not feel very confident that the plumber knew what he was doing I obtained a second opinion from American Leak Detection. They quickly determined that there was no detectable slab leak and identified a leaking dishwasher.,…which fixed the problem on replacement.

They do the work right the first time and always with a guarantee of the products and the work. Made the mistake a few weeks ago and had another company do some drain line work and was expensive and poor work...

These guys are very progressional. Terry came out on Christmas Eve on an emergency call and did not charge a dime for his time. We got new tankless water heater installed as our gas water heater started giving problem and Terry was to the point explaining pros and cons and their services are moderately priced when compared to other plumbing services.

The scheduling assistant was professional and friendly. The technician arrived promptly and conducted himself in a professional manner. He even wore a mask! The gentleman was knowledgeable and quickly assessed the issue. Follow up as required but so far I am pleased with the service rendered.

Oasis Plumbing met and exceeded my expectations of “honesty, quality and value” as promised on their website. They came highly recommend, and after using them I know why. I had three issues and they were able fix all three valves, instead of trying to sell me new ones and have installed, saving me a lot of time and money. The price was what they quoted before they started and got it done quickly. They were professional in manner, attire and very respectful. I seriously doubt you could find a better plumbing business in this area.

The plumber assigned to my he was super persistent and effective in dealing with the project problem. He had to use different ways to access and repair the Fawcett water cartridge against all the obstacles he found. I am very pleased of results of his excellent performance!

They were on time, found the leak and will replace the faucet when approved. They tightened both outside hose bibs so they no longer leak for which we are most grateful! They were knowledgeable, efficient and very professional, great job, thank you!

We, like many others, had issues after the February snow/ice storm. Part of our tankless water heater bust on a Weds and we had to shut off our water at the main. Called this company and were instructed they would call us on Fri to schedule. Which they did, and were prompt with that. They came out on Sat after we had been without water for 3 days, this now being day 4 (with 2 small children and a dog). Chase was our tech and he basically told us our tankless was old and didn’t know anything about the brand. He was going to leave and quote us later on a new tankless, IF they couldn’t find the part for our current one. I asked him if there was some way to shut off the tankless and turn the water on to our house so we could please have some running water (we also have a 50gal tank on the opposite side of our house so we could have a warm shower/bath in that bathroom at least). He then said “oh, yes, I could do that”. He then looped our cold water line into our hot on the tankless so we just had no hot water for the time being. He instructs me to call by Mon afternoon if I haven’t heard from them. I call on Tues and the lady says she was unable to locate the part we needed after calling 4 different suppliers and would send us a quote for 2 different tankless heaters instead. My husband had already found the part online already and I told her this. She tells me they won’t install aftermarket parts. I said ok, then please send me the quotes in the event we cannot fix this on our own. I never received a quote from them. We call a different plumber to come out to help us re-hook up our water after my husband installed the part, only to find that Chase had left that previous Sat with our hose that had a special fitting to our tankless. I call Oasis again, the lady puts me on hold while she contacts Chase. She gets back on and tells me he discarded our part that he took from our house with an “I apologize about that”...no offer to cover the cost of another part we now had to purchase and wait on because their tech left with our property. Not sure if that was a ploy from their tech to make us purchase a new tankless from them and spend more money or not, but I can tell you I would not recommend this company. I know all plumbers across the south were extremely busy from that storm, but to dismiss a customer just because they wanted to fix what was wrong instead of drop a couple grand on something that didn’t need to be done, that is bad business in my opinion.

TerryDon was very thorough with his diagnostic and found out where’s the source of the water leak from the water meter. Saved us a lot of money for repairs which the City of Fort Worth Is responsible for. He’s also honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!

Plumber came out, provided the cost, said he had to get approval and left. Never called me for approval. What’s the point in coming out if it doesn’t get fixed. The approval was for $45, hello...... that’s the cost of the service call and we were aware we had to our that.

We paid 75.00 to tell us the insurance isn't paying n we needed a leak looked at n if we wanted it fix insurance has to give ok n the guy just leaves. He tells us we can't open the sheetrock for him to look at it.

Oasis plumbing fixed my bathtub faucet that was leaking and not working properly. Another plumbing company had told me that I needed to replace the whole system. This would require going into the wall and be very costly. Oasis was able to fix the existing system and it works great. They were fast, courteous, and saved me from unnecessary expensive repairs. I highly recommend Oasis plumbing!

After our counter installers left us with no sinks, Oasis came out promptly and took care of us right away. The work was excellent, and I will definitely call Oasis again!

I have used these guys once & I referred them to a friend of mine once and I couldn't be happier. I had a slab leak and I had already jack hammered my concrete to expose the problem. I tried to sweat on a new piece but it just wouldn't take. I called these guys and they came out and within 30 minutes they had the problem fixed!!! My other buddy had his sewer backing up on him. One company came out, cleaned out the line but also saw there was a bunch of roots running into it and they were going to charge them a crazy amount of money to repair, PLUS they said there was a crack in the line out near the street and to repair that was going to cost an additional $1500. I referred them to Oasis, they scoped the pipe and did say the previous company did do a great job of cleaning it out, there wasn't a crack by the street.

To save my buddy some money, they told him to excavate the soil around the pipe with the roots in it to expose that pipe and they would knock off a significant amount of money. My buddy didn't tell me how much he saved but he was happy with the savings and the repair.

I used this company for a new house build.... Pressure tank relocation and install, water heater install with drains and supply lines, waste water ventilation, 3 toilet installs, sink drains, and bath tub install with faucet and shower head. I was very impressed when they showed up and gave me answers on the spot for the time it would take and a price. Will not hesitate to call them for my next project!

Used them to clean a drain. They were fair priced and the service was fast and done right. They will be the only plumbing company I use. Awesome job and thanks for the quick response time.

Very professional, had an emergency issue at my residence, back tank broke off of commode, Called Terry up it was 8pm, Terry came out replaced the unit and had us up and running, he stayed until job was done , which was around 11:30, very polite, I am in the service industry and if this is the result for customer service -I was really impressed with it, I would recommend this company to all my contacts, thank you so much for a great job well done.
