If i could leave no stars i would. Very unorganized in the office. Owners are rude not to mention the techs they have now don't know what their doing. Problem still not fixed.

Eric was extremely helpful and informative in getting us set up with a replacement system. And Chris and Issac did an amazing job installing the system, they were efficient and provided excellent information to ensure we get the most out of our system.

Professional, courteous and reasonable price

Eric came out, on time, and did our annual service check. Our unit is 16 years old and we will replace within the next six months but was happy Eric was honest with me and explained all the options available and gave us an itemized list of all parts that could be replaced if we didn’t want a new unit. There was no pressure to replace parts or buy a new unit. The facts were simply laid out. He suggested we have their Comfort Specialist come out, free of charge, and show us the options for installing a new unit so when the time came we would know what we wanted to install and the cost. Financing was also available if needed he said.He collected no money today as we are on their annual plumbing and air conditioning plan which has been awesome. We pay less than $200 a year for the plan and they come out and check all plumbing and air conditioning needs with their inspection and service. Well worth the money. So far we have had a hot water heater, garbage disposal, and air conditioner parts installed by them over the last five years. A great company with honest people who really care.

AirCo installed this Trane XV20 about 2 1/2 years ago. Worked great, until just recently when it started to struggle to keep cool. Turns out there was a leak in the main evaporator coil and would have cost me almost $2000 for labor only. Talked to General Manager Blake along with Tyler and Ricardo. Together they were able to work with Trane and fix the unit under complete warranty. Technicians just replaced the coil and everything is working well. Shows how AirCo really cares for its customers and reputation.

He is very honest and kind and explains well. I am very satisfied. If there is any construction work next time, I will call him without hesitation.

They did a great job in identifying and fixing the issue. He was also educated me on the issue. Will definitely use his services next time.

Slab leak/reroute repair
Prior to J Rowe, I had 3 other companies out: Pipe Drs, Joshua's Plumbing, and American Leak Detection. I did not have hot water for months. I won't degrade the other companies but I do not recommend them. J Rowe came to my home and fixed the issue promptly. My attic was a difficult one which I was already aware of before they mentioned it. They worked hard for hours. They also did a great job replacing my bathroom sink- 8 spread and kitchen spray hose. They matched and beat the quotes from the other companies. They submitted all paperwork promptly to my insurance for the reroute repair. I never had to call them twice about a thing. Brandon followed up on everything he said he would. BRANDON, ERIC, and DYLAN were all awesome. They're all very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and honest. I paid for my repair in full but they did offer a payment plan with interest. None of the other companies did that, they all wanted $900 up front and the other half later.

My third time to use Enoch and as always service was quick, professional and on time.
