John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since I'm expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what it's like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. You're lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Busby Plumbing. I called them for a clogged drain and toilet that was not flushing. They came out within a couple of hours, they were extremely thorough and professional, and very detailed what they were doing. They also provided me with some things I can do to prevent the clog drain, as it was also the main drip line for the AC units. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will never use another Plumber except Busby Plumbing.

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.

After calling Royal Flush my toilet on the second floor WORKS, and I have great water pressure and hot/cold water on all three level.
