I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. On Tuesday July 26, 2022 we called Mr. Rooter because of a clogged drain in our kitchen. I explained to your technician, Brett, that we had a clog and he suggested running a cable in the drain to unclog it. Brett ran the cable all the way out once and back and told me that there was grease in the drain. I asked if he could run the cable again and he told me that it would not remedy the problem because the cable would just go through the clog and the clog would reseal once the cable was retracted. He billed us $365.50 and left as quickly as he arrived. All we had to show for our time was a invoice that stated:

Clogged island sink. Ran cable attempting to remove blockage. Ran 75ft. Pulled back cable, incased in grease over 40ft of cable. No foot
vent installed. Recommend treating with sizzle or finding a company that will hydro jet from the interior. Unable to clear grease.

We did as he suggested to no avail. We called one of your competitors to hydro jet the same area. They advised against using hydro jetting because of the possible mess and hazard that it would create. They wanted to use a cable too but I was reluctant because of what I was told by Brett. Nevertheless, they convinced us to try the cable again and were able to clear the drain. The new plumber asked, Why did the first guy only run the cable one time? I now have the same question. We paid for a service and only received half effort, excuses and disappointment. I am so angry that we went four days without access to our kitchen sink only because of your technician's lack of effort.

We had to pay someone else to do what you should have done the first time!

Assessed a leaky sink, told us we needed a new faucet and then told us what kind of faucet we needed to buy. I purchased a faucet according to the qualifications I'd been given. They returned the next day and installed the new faucet. While paying for their visit we were told that they would have to come back again to install a different faucet because the one he'd just installed didn't meet our sink's qualifications. To reiterate: we were told what to buy, we bought it, it was installed, we were charged for installation and THEN were told that they would need to come back again to install a whole new item because the one he'd just finished installing wasn't correct. We will not be doing business with this company again.

I spoke with Shelby regarding an appointment confusion with my warranty provider and she became very Belligerent. She also contacted my warranty company and lied telling them I needed sooner service. I confronted her and she told me she was doing me a favor. If Shelby is representation of this company, I don’t recommend this company!!

Noticed our hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night. I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife. Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately. She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday. Larry was very prompt and gave me a very fair price and the did the job same day.Thank you Larry and Carissa, not only great plumbers , but more importantly th best customer service around.

The Master Repair plumbers were scheduled to come to my house and make repairs on March 4th, they called to see if it was okay to come earlier, I said absolutely. They arrived on the 1st of March and at that point we had been without water for 12 days due to the sudden freeze. They repaired the leak in about an hour and they were as professional as it gets.
If you are in need call this plumbing company immediately. Booties for their shoes, Covid mask, and a great attitude. I recommend them highly. I thanked them but I had to call the office and thank them again.
