I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

Mr. Pascal Adams was/ is very professional. He explained everything he was doing . . He gave me an estimated and told me if the camera had to be used it would be more. I'm glad he told before and not afterwards. The price just right!

DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad that when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay.um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was NOTany better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

This company has been a life saver for our residents here at BSC. We like most of Ft Worth had multiple units with frozen and broken pipes . These guys came to our rescue and were fast , professional
and fair. We are proud of this company , we highly recommend to any one whom is considering the need for plumbing work of any kind. What a great company!!!!

Snowmageddon2021 - The coldest temperatures we have experienced in Texas! We were without power for over 28 hours, temperatures hit 40* inside our house. One of our attic pipes ? burst. We called Larry Stinson Plumbing as they are family owned and operated. They were very responsive to our situation. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and pays attention to detail both to the work he performs and the homeowner's safety and wellness especially during these uncertain times by wearing a mask for the duration of his visit and will not step inside your house without shoe covers on! By far the best plumber we've ever used, work always done right the first time, a definite Gentleman and does QUALITY work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Berkey's has been wonderful overall. I bought their membership, which may or may not be worth it, but they have been very responsive and one of their technicians, Phil, is the nicest guy. They are one of the only places in the metroplex that I could find to work on my electric tank-less water heater as well. Such a lifesaver!
