Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

We needed our tankless water heater de-scaled. We called multiple companies and no one would give us a quote over the phone. Brovo’s plumbing not only gave us a price over the phone but it was the exact amount at the time of service. They gave us a window between 8-11am and they were he in between that window with a curtesy call 30mins prior to them showing up.

Jeremy and Anthony did an outstanding job installing our hot water heater. I would not hesitate to call Clearwater for any plumbing need. Excellent service.

The company is amazing, the people do great work, are very professional and I trust them to come back to do any other plumbing work in my home ! Glad I was referred to them !

The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.

The master plumber that came to my residence was very efficient. Excellent communicator on the project. Had to remove mortar and brick to replace leaking outdoor water spigot. Did a really neat job. Brick fit right back in and just need to put some mortar back in. Thank you for your help!!

Great company! We needed outdoor faucets replaced and a main line shut off valve installed. They got both done in one morning, were extremely friendly and courteous. We are now drip free just in time for the colder temps! We will be using them again for future needs!

Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. Delta one came out to my house and unblock a stoppage I had and then they kamerad it and told me the exact problem I had and then gave me a price upfront to fix it price was reasonable

This company lone star water services was sent to my house by American Home Shield And I wish they would of had never had came at all besides missing half of day of work which cost me money all they had to do was fix a small leak in my shower which I had already done some of the work my self waiting on them by removing tile from the shower wall so they could get to the copper pipe of half an inch and so then they had to run to homedepot to get a cap which you would think they would have material parts like that in there truck knowing that they are coming out to a leak so they cap it telling me that they have to order a part not telling me what the part was or could probably be bought at home depot so they leave still charging me the $75 of basically anything being done just now a big hole in my shower wall and no shower to use so now it's been 2 weeks and nothing just a run around I have called plenty of times and every story I got is different first that it was a part they ordered and it hasn't came in then called again and that now it's a saw they ordered that hasn't came I even offered to buy or rent the tool so big that they need to fix a half inch copper pipe so I gave it one more shot and called now that the part was in and scheduled to come out the next day so I was ok about time I even scheduled to take time off of work to get this finally done so the time came around on my way home I get a call from them to tell me they had to cancelled for sometime the following week because the guy got caught up with something else so that was IT I called them and asked to refund me my $75 and not to even plan to send anyone from this company out to my property thanks but no thanks for the huge inconvenience I have hired some one new and for you AHS NO THANKS TOO YOU SHOULD REALLY PUT MORE EFFORT INTO WHO YOU DO BUSINESS WITH.????
