Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Brian called in advance to tell me he was coming and he was on time. I showed him my dripping tub faucet which he fixed quickly. He noticed the hot water flow was restricted and flushed the pipe which helped immensely. When I scheduled the appointment, I asked for a bid to repipe the house. He was able to give me a quick estimate and said he would send me an email with more detail. During the appointment, he took time to answer any questions I had. I have to say it was a positive experience.

I was given wrong information by some OTHER plumbers and Phillip from Sanders Pluming came to my house and resolved an issue I was having with my HOT Water Heater. Excellent Job. He was Professional and Courteous. . A+ Workmanship! !

I highly recommend Busby Plumbing. I called them for a clogged drain and toilet that was not flushing. They came out within a couple of hours, they were extremely thorough and professional, and very detailed what they were doing. They also provided me with some things I can do to prevent the clog drain, as it was also the main drip line for the AC units. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will never use another Plumber except Busby Plumbing.

Mr. Desmond provided excellent customer service, professionalism, and expertise. He gave us much needed help after the pipes burst due to the winter storm.

Our toilet and shower/tub stopped draining properly (seemed clogged), so we called Delta 1 Plumbing to fix the situation. The plumber, Roy, was a bit eccentric and with only a single tooth and an odd demeanor, made my wife a bit uneasy. But hey, not a big deal as long as he can do the job. My wife was told the toilet wasn't set properly, therefore to guarantee his work, he would need to remove the toilet, snake the lines, and reset the toilet. He also said he was going to get on the roof and run a camera down the pipe and check for any blockage along the air vent.

Roy (from Delta 1) was out the door with $990.48 of our money, a LOT. But at least it was guaranteed....right? 15 minutes later my wife flushed the toilet and the same problem, not draining! Are you kidding me? So my wife calls Roy on the phone and he suddenly changes his tune and says the work is NOT guaranteed because the sewer pipe in the crawl space was collapsed and damaged (about 10 ft down the line) and he can not guarantee his work, unless my wife signs an agreement to have the pipe replaced at an estimated cost of $2500 additional money! First it is guaranteed, then it is not? Are you kidding me?

Roy then offered to come by after work and take care of it at night. With me out of town and my wife not getting a good vibe from this guy, she wisely ended the conversation.

My wife was irate at the bate and switch, but she decided to call around and find someone else whom she could trust to come take a look. The next plumber (Mike, different plumbing company) shows up, runs a camera down the air vent from the roof and finds it blocked (dead animal) and removes it. That was the only problem with the whole situation! The toilet and shower drained properly after that. While Mike was there, he also ran a camera down the sewer lines (70+ feet) and found no damaged pipe. He told us in no uncertain terms we were ripped off.

We contacted the owner of Delta 1 Plumbing immediately after our new plumber cleared the air vent line and told us we had been ripped off. He told us Roy's behavior was inappropriate (no duh!) and said he would refund our $990.48. That was over a month ago and we still have not seen any refund what so ever, but we will continue through different avenues.

So please learn from our mistake and take your plumbing business elsewhere. There really are good companies out there, but Delta 1 is NOT one of them.

Lone Star (Kevin) is terrific. Kevin arrived on time, got right to work to give us a temporary fix to our issues. Our problem is that AHS will not REPLACE our 35+ year old toilets, but will only authorize work enough for a temporary resolution. These two toilets need to be TOTALLY REPLACED. The work performed today came with a 30-day warranty, but on day 31 if the problems re-occur, we're out additional service fees for a temporary fix. Why don't you replace toilets like you replace dishwashers, garbage disposals, water heaters, etc?? I'm not thrilled today, but it has nothing to do with Lone Star; it is AHS with whom I am not pleased. Not sure I can continue to recommend AHS if our toilets cannot be replaced. Lone Star Water Services will be our go-to plumbers for services not covered through AHS. Kevin has worked on leaky showers & replaced our garbage disposal unit. Kevin rocks!
