From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. I received exceptional service from ClearWater Plumbers today. David and Austin fixed my leaking toilet. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. David and Austin explained every step of the repair and left the bathroom clean. The Service Club Membership (Otter Club) is a great value. They will explain the process as they do an inspection of your sewer line, hot water heater and plumbing fixtures. I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbers and always ask for David and Austin. As both toilet & tub were not functioning on a weekend,I was especially pleased that David was able to get it fixed on a Saturday, for a reasonable price.He explained it might not continue indefinitely& a week later all still works great!

Gaberial Booker has assisted me with several plumbing issues. His prices is good but just as important or more important, he is very responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. I contact Mr. Booker any time I have a plumbing issue and would gladly refer him to others.

I've had Service Company come help me with a couple of plumbing problems I've had that I couldn't fix myself with baby's first drain snake from Home Depot. Both times, they not only fixed my problem, they sent a camera down the drain to make sure there were no other issues, and they cleaned up after themselves really well.

I called and received same day service. The scheduling process was easy. Technician was thorough and professional.

I had an amazing experience with the service, professionalism, and promptness with Desmond. I had previously called a handyman who told me shower fixture would need replacement. Desmond came and repaired it in minutes. Desmond is the Man!

Delta came out and repaired our hot water heater. Plumber was very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything that needed to be done. Great price. Will definitely call Delta again.

Lonestar fixed our Noritz Tankless Hot Water heater. They were great except American Home Shield incorrectly reassigned their dispatch to two other companies who didn’t or couldn’t repair these units. This delayed Lonestar from fixing our unit by two weeks. Thanks to Justin Cox their technician he correctly diagnosed the problem, then Megan ordered the parts and Justin returned and installed the replacement parts getting us hot water again after two weeks!
