Best Slab Leak in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

I called Bravo's plumbing to clear a kitchen sink that wasn't draining. They were able to come the next day and arrived within the time window they gave me with a 10 minute heads up before they arrived. The tech cleared the drain and was gone in less than an hour. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tech was not informative as to what had caused the drain to clog and actually didn't say much at all while he was here. That said, I will still keep them in mind next time I need a plumber.

My Plumber today, Chris, was skilled, punctual, kind, respectful, professional, and informative. I have to have plumbing services on main line each and every year during holiday season due to roots. He cleared the main and diagnosed the branch from washer and cleared and capped it as well for future maintenance. He was the first plumber in 10 years to tell me about a safe root product alternative to acid, and how to use it. I really appreciate everything he did, and will definitely use them again and refer people to this company. Outstanding work!

David and Kevin did a great job! They go above and beyond every time. They are our go to plumbers. We have used them several times and they never disappoint!

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

I can not possibly say enough things about this company. They have given me excellent service every time they have been here, they are more than prompt, quality I have received is excellent. The repairman that comes is absolutely a gentleman, polite and more than willing to explain what he needed to do in order to fix my problem. It seems as though I keep using the word excellent over and over again but that is the word to use to describe this company.

Royal Flush Plumbing really came through for us! Desmond and Mark were able to fix my mom's issue without any problems. They were very professional and patient with my elderly mom.
