Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had a deep drain grease clog I couldn't clear myself, so I did some research and chose Mr. Rooter. They sent a technician, Kelvin, who successfully cleared the clog. I made the right choice; it was totally worth the cost! Thanks again Kelvin!! (If you see this)

Very honest top quality work

I never review but feel compelled to do so. After purchasing a country home I decided to replace the hot water heater. I purchased everything I needed but the sweated on gate vales would not close all the way and leaked when turned. Murphy’s Law I got busy with my work so I gave up for the day. The next day my wife informed me the well failed to pump so I called Clearwater for help. They arrived on time and gave us two reasonable quotes. One to replace the valves with ball valves and one to install my water heater and to replace the aging pressure tank, valves & the oddly ran lines around my tank with PEX. I chose the latter. Two additional trucks came, one with my new equipment and one with a well pump specialist. They all rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They finished what I considered a large job the same day. I can’t say enough good things about this company, the quality workmanship and the professionalism of the plumbers.

I had called a previous plumber before calling Roto-Rooter in Fort Worth. After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didn't work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

I highly recommend Busby Plumbing. I called them for a clogged drain and toilet that was not flushing. They came out within a couple of hours, they were extremely thorough and professional, and very detailed what they were doing. They also provided me with some things I can do to prevent the clog drain, as it was also the main drip line for the AC units. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will never use another Plumber except Busby Plumbing.

Quality service and very honest.

These guys are top notch. The quality and detail they put into their work is everything you want. They replaced a hundred foot of cast iron sewer pipe with pvc and did a fantastic job. Things that stood out…they were fast, clean, they went the extra mile. I will be recommending and using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

I was in desperate need to get my water heater fixed. I was preparing my house to sell and needed all the repairs done so i could list my home. I found Desmond with Royal Flush and i was so happy how prompt he was and how very knowledgeable and professional he was with me. I got another qoute before talking to him and Desmond price was half of what the other plumber quoted me. I was so thankful that he had great prices and he just overall exceeded my expectations. Im new to Texas and im happy that i know who to call in the future for all my plumming needs. I highly recommend him... He is the best!

Our toilet and shower/tub stopped draining properly (seemed clogged), so we called Delta 1 Plumbing to fix the situation. The plumber, Roy, was a bit eccentric and with only a single tooth and an odd demeanor, made my wife a bit uneasy. But hey, not a big deal as long as he can do the job. My wife was told the toilet wasn't set properly, therefore to guarantee his work, he would need to remove the toilet, snake the lines, and reset the toilet. He also said he was going to get on the roof and run a camera down the pipe and check for any blockage along the air vent.

Roy (from Delta 1) was out the door with $990.48 of our money, a LOT. But at least it was guaranteed....right? 15 minutes later my wife flushed the toilet and the same problem, not draining! Are you kidding me? So my wife calls Roy on the phone and he suddenly changes his tune and says the work is NOT guaranteed because the sewer pipe in the crawl space was collapsed and damaged (about 10 ft down the line) and he can not guarantee his work, unless my wife signs an agreement to have the pipe replaced at an estimated cost of $2500 additional money! First it is guaranteed, then it is not? Are you kidding me?

Roy then offered to come by after work and take care of it at night. With me out of town and my wife not getting a good vibe from this guy, she wisely ended the conversation.

My wife was irate at the bate and switch, but she decided to call around and find someone else whom she could trust to come take a look. The next plumber (Mike, different plumbing company) shows up, runs a camera down the air vent from the roof and finds it blocked (dead animal) and removes it. That was the only problem with the whole situation! The toilet and shower drained properly after that. While Mike was there, he also ran a camera down the sewer lines (70+ feet) and found no damaged pipe. He told us in no uncertain terms we were ripped off.

We contacted the owner of Delta 1 Plumbing immediately after our new plumber cleared the air vent line and told us we had been ripped off. He told us Roy's behavior was inappropriate (no duh!) and said he would refund our $990.48. That was over a month ago and we still have not seen any refund what so ever, but we will continue through different avenues.

So please learn from our mistake and take your plumbing business elsewhere. There really are good companies out there, but Delta 1 is NOT one of them.

Nick did an excellent job at quickly solving a bathtub draining issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable and allowed me the time to get on with my day by arriving and completing his service call well within the two hour window originally confirmed. I'd call Lone Star Waters Services again!

I saw the Panther City truck one day while driving and ended up having to call the next day to have my hot water heater looked at. Isaac was able to fit me in at the end of the day. He looked at my hot water heater and fully explained what the issues were in an honest and easy to understand manner.
