My name is Joanie. My experience with Sanders Plumbing was wonderful as usual. I have used them many times. David and Kevin were very kind and experienced. Every plumber that has been sent out to our house over the years has been wonderful. I would never trust my plumbing to any other company but Sanders Plumbing. This is an HONEST company.

Had a outside faucet that had broken inside the wall so the knob would just spin and not turn the water off. They told me what was wrong and quickly replaced the part. I would use them again and recommend to family.

The service tech Jake actually showed up early and jumped into fixing my problems right away…Jake was very professional in his appearance and was polite and kept me informed of his progress and left the job site in great condition. Circle E staff were great and kept me informed of arrival time so I wasn’t surprised! I have used Circle E before and they are now my “go to” service company, I highly recommend them!

Had problems replacing the filter in the attic, so they can out to fix it. The guy was nice, polite and friendly. Showed him the issue and he made the adjustments in a few minutes. I will have to see if its enough the next time I need to change the filter again. :-)

I think we all know the rule by now.. We don't talk about the ice storm that took over Texas back in February.. AKA snowvid. As a Property Manager working with residents during the storm and all the damages associated, I can say that partnering with Mars Services, Coni Leal in specific, was my light at the end of the tunnel. She had streamlined so many repairs for my residents and community to ensure we were back up and running just as quick as humanly possible. Coni's expertise in communication and project management provided the needed support to reassure my residents that they were in good hands. Coni, as their Project Manager, was out almost every day to ensure her teams were completing projects efficiently and effectively. Always calling us to give updates on when they could come out during snow storm 2.15.21. Came the next day 1st thing, fixed our shower handle that broke on the worst day. Also checked our hot water heater gas, got it started again. Reasonable prices and helpful staff across the board. Will be using them again!

I had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, but the plumbing company fixed it in minutes. They were professional and informed about all plumbing needs, from repair to installation and replacement.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
