During this crazy weather and over 30 hours of no power, an uninsulated pipe in an exterior wall froze and burst causing flooding through my downstairs. I was desperate to get someone out to help. After calling a big name plumbing company, who told me it would be two weeks before they could even come out, I called ClearWater. They came out next day and were even earlier than the time I was given. They did everything they could and fixed the pipe in no time! I couldn’t be more happy/grateful that during this epic Texas snow storm they came out and helped me!

Have used this company for years. Fair pricing, honest, reliable and timely. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! Hawk was referred to us by my father in law. From the first conversation I knew we had contacted the right company. Professional, and eager to help with the situation of an elderly friend having no heat last winter and another company trying to take advantage. Josh made sure the technician came on our timeframe, and Junior, the technician went out of his way to take care of our friend at a reasonable cost and follow through on a second trip out was equally impressive. We will call Hawk again and highly recommend the service they offer.

If i could leave no stars i would. Very unorganized in the office. Owners are rude not to mention the techs they have now don't know what their doing. Problem still not fixed.

Great advise and consultation

Jordan and his team are outstanding! Jordan has completed jobs both at our home and our church. All of the jobs were completed very professionally at reasonable costs. He completely re-plumbed the natural gas lines inside and outside our home a few years ago, repaired an almost 100 year old valve in our shower, replaced a toilet, and most recently relaced a 100 year old steel pipe that served as our main water supply. It was a difficult job but hey completed quickly with a minimum of disruption. Jordan is an honest estimator and he and his team of expert plumbers do outstanding work.

I'm severely impressed with this place. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Prices are reasonable, Eric's work is expert level, they are efficient and get it done. I bought a house two years ago that was a bit of a lemon, and initially used other contractors, and now Northwest Plumbing has jumped in and saved the day on several occasions.

Horrible experience. Told me a easy fix to replace a elbow in my yard. Then another tech came and said it would be 2000 dollars. Just to connect 3 pipes together. Gonna call the bbb.

I recently used Team Enoch and was actually very pleased for the quote that I received. It was considerably LOWER than other quotes that I had gotten. They were 13 minutes earlier than the office had told me. They finished up earlier than expected as well. Despite a couple of items with the installation team, I was well pleased with the project.
