Best Heating Service in Fort Worth TX

Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

Evan and Jacob did an amazing job. Clear Water will be my first call from here on out.

Showed up early and finished the job quickly.

I'm severely impressed with this place. I wish I could give it 6 stars. Prices are reasonable, Eric's work is expert level, they are efficient and get it done. I bought a house two years ago that was a bit of a lemon, and initially used other contractors, and now Northwest Plumbing has jumped in and saved the day on several occasions.

John was awesome and fixed my problem in a timely manner. He was very helpful. I will use ARS rescue rooter again!

Woke up to a very warm house this morning (Saturday). In July. Ugh. I was happy enough when they managed to schedule someone to get here between 4 and 7, but they did better by getting someone out here by 1:30! I know that can't be normal, but with expected highs over 105*.... Happy does not begin to describe my reaction. And the gentleman was so sweet! Checked everything, checked again, told me in plain English what was going on and what will need to be done- later- and fixed my a/c. Did NOT force me into bankruptcy to pay him, either!All in all, I'm glad my regular company did not answer their phone, because I have found a new company! Thank youP.s.- Antonio was my service man. Very pleasant staff, very efficient and quick in what I would assume was a more complicated than normal install (I'm no electrician, so maybe it was super simple).

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

It was a most comfortable and professional experience. We recommend and will use them for our plumbing needs.
