Best Gas Leak Repair in Fort Worth TX

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Larry, Carissa and their team have done work for us in the past helping with a clogged clean out line and when our water heater went out yesterday they were my first call. They were here the next day to provide a quote and not only replaced our water heater the same day but even installed a water shutoff valve at our water softener system to avoid future leaks.They did a great job, and my family and I appreciate the quality of work they do!

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!

Have used this company several times and they have always come through - fixing the problem right the first time. We have had toilets replaced, leaks fixed, faucets installed, etc. Very pleased each time.

I have had to use them in the past for broken water lines in the yard, and to fix a leaking faucet in the shower. All the times the company was on time, gave a quote and stuck to the quote, even if it took longer than expected. The employees were always showing a character of professionalism and kindness towards the customer. I tried to go with someone else once, due to it being Friday and wanting it done quickly. Hawk was booked. The quote I got from another company was way higher, so I decided to wait the weekend out and go with Hawk. I sincerely would recommend this company to anyone.
