Quote was on a timely manner and we didn’t have to wait forever for service. The Master Repair plumbers were scheduled to come to my house and make repairs on March 4th, they called to see if it was okay to come earlier, I said absolutely. They arrived on the 1st of March and at that point we had been without water for 12 days due to the sudden freeze. They repaired the leak in about an hour and they were as professional as it gets.
If you are in need call this plumbing company immediately. Booties for their shoes, Covid mask, and a great attitude. I recommend them highly. I thanked them but I had to call the office and thank them again.

Hawk installed 2 new American Standard AC/Heating systems about 10 months ago so we have had enough experience to evaluate them. My wife and I both agree we are extremely pleased with both the installations and performance of the units. I have always thought that the quality of the installation work was as important as the quality of the HVAC equipment and Hawk did a really good job on the installation. They even fixed and repaired ducts and drainage parts at no charge when it really wasn't their responsibility. The installation technicians were competent, polite, and answered all questions. Our electrical bills have been substantially lower even though we feel freer to keep the temp lower in the Summer. Additionally, the new gas heaters work much better than the old. They warm our house quicker and more efficiently than the old ones. And we love the smart thermostat which is connected to the net. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our experience.
