I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Brovo’s plumbing not only gave us a price over the phone but it was the exact amount at the time of service. They gave us a window between 8-11am and they were he in between that window with a curtesy call 30mins prior to them showing up.

Originally called them to fix problems with our ac drain line, a problem with our water heater not heating and a toilet that was leaking. They did a great job at finding and fixing all the issues we had! I ended up having noise issues with the new toilet they had installed but they came out the next business day and to fix the issue. The guys stayed until they fixed the problem. I feel like most other plumbers would have given up but these guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. Definitely plan on doing business with them in the future!

Snowmageddon2021 - The coldest temperatures we have experienced in Texas! We were without power for over 28 hours, temperatures hit 40* inside our house. One of our attic pipes ? burst. We called Larry Stinson Plumbing as they are family owned and operated. They were very responsive to our situation. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Alek was the plumber that arrived and was very professional and very thorough in explaining the issues. He gave options of how to fix the issues without being too pushy and was prompt to be able to give quotes before doing the work. Definitely will use service plumbing company again and hope to have Alek next time!

These folks were incredibly and saved me a huge amount of money I was hours away from spending with another company. They were kind, punctual and knowledgeable. They came here and got to work, cleared the blockage and were very detailed in their report back to me. I can’t express enough how positive this experience was. My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

Told us we needed a new toilet but since it was a wall mount it would be over $600. We paid, they installed and the toilet would not work after the first flush, unless you left it for about two hours in between flashes. So we called them back out they determined we needed to replace the pipe underneath the house, they wanted $12,000, we paid half and we were going to pay the other half after the work was done. They said it would take five days. It has been three weeks. We have a huge hole in our side yard, which is a hazard. We have called every day for four days and received false promises that they would be out. We have now consulted a lawyer and are seeking recourse. Buyer beware.
