These guys were there from start to finish. There were no extra surprises, after the quote we received. And once the job began they kept us posted on progress. Long story short, my go to company!!

After the epic freeze of 2021, the owner came out to our house to find and fix leaks in the attic. We had wet spots appearing on our ceiling and we needed to find out what it was. Molberg plumbing responded very quickly even though every other plumber I called said it would be up to a week until they could come out.

What was most impressive was the integrity of them to say it had nothing to do with our plumbing but leaky shingles in our roof. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!!

Zachary arrived on time, dressed and acted professionally. He used the camera to check the sewer line from the clean out to the main and then cleared the line. Excellent.

Very unprofessional and unorganized. My home A/C went out and I phoned them for service on a Thursday evening. I had to first get thru their answering service to get to some dispatch office where the person told me that the earliest they could come out to my location would be by Saturday around 5:00 PM. I said fine, and waited. No one showed up so on Saturday, after 5:30 I began calling them again... Had to go through their answering service (again) only to be told that they were sorry, and they would have to call me right back after they contacted the technician. An hour goes by with no response! I call back again (through the answering service AGAIN), and the dispatch female keeps apologizing and saying that she is working out of her home on an IPad, and that she has had an ear infection all week, worked for 14 days straight, and that with everyone calling her cant seem to find my information. I asked to speak to a manager and all she could do was keep saying that she'd have one call me back. I never heard back from them again. Avoid this home based business like the plague. They have no organization, no professionalism, and that probably extends to their actual service... If you are lucky enough to get any service at all.

They suck. I called they said job would cost 15000 over phone so I let them in house then after seeing house the price jumped to 24000 then I agreed. So James Rowe sent diggers to house they dug for days then one day diggers stopped digging and next day they didn't show up so I had to report this to James rowe( this is the plumbers job to watch there workers not mine. So they got me new diggers. Now for there plumbing work they left holes in my dry wall, in my cabinets, they left old pipes below sink and put new ones next to it ( this is not completing a Job). They also left house dirty from drilling, from cutting holes out of wall, basically it took me days to clean up after them. Then at end of job they bill me another 1500 for more bullshit. Run to another plumber but get 3 personnel references first and good luck. These people from Craig's list did not go into the bedroom where the walls got mud on them. It's also funny how the extra 1500 came from a false bid which u didn't include the inspection fee on original bill if u did I would have went with a different plumber. You could have drilled into vanity which I was going to replace instead of cutting walls in bedrooms to run pipes. Thanks

We had no heat in our house in the middle of a blizzard. We called up Plumber at 9:30pm and they had discovered our boiler went out.
They responded very quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs.
They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler on hand, in stock at their shop.

The fastener nut for the faucet (kitchen sink) had worked loose and it's very difficult to reach - so I called KMP. They've done work for me before and have always done top notch work.This was a small job, especially for a pro with the right tools. Chase & Don arrived early in their allotted time window and they had me all fixed up in short order. No muss, no fuss, my problem got fixed quickly & they picked up behind themselves before heading off to their next job & the price was very reasonable.THOSE are the reasons why I keep calling KMP when I have plumbing needs.
